At ParkaPro, we stand behind the quality of our handmade swim parkas. However, because each item is made to order by hand, we have the following policy:
1. Return Window
• You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
• The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Personalized / embroidered parkas (including any spelling or wording errors provided by the customer)
• Parkas that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use
• Any items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
• If your parka arrives damaged or is the wrong size/colour due to our error, we will happily replace it or issue a full refund.
• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
4. How to Return an Item
1. Contact us at orders@parkapro.co.za within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. We will provide return instructions (return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective).
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Size & Fit
Please check our size chart carefully before ordering. We cannot offer refunds for incorrect size selection unless the item is defective.
7. South Africa Consumer Rights
This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act. You have the right to return defective goods or goods that are not as described. For any questions, please contact us.
