Shipping policy

At ParkaPro we handmake every swim parka in Johannesburg. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
•  All orders are processed within 1–10 business days (Monday to Friday).
•  Orders with embroidery take 1 extra business day for personalization.
•  We will email you at orders@parkapro.co.za if there is any delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (South Africa)
•  Johannesburg & Gauteng — R80–R120 (usually delivered in 2–4 business days)
•  Rest of South Africa — R120–R180 (usually delivered in 3–7 business days)
•  We use reliable local couriers via Pudo (The Courier Guy, Paxi, or similar).

Bulk orders may be subject to a different shipping rate: we will source the best rate and confirm the exact shipping cost with you before processing the payment

Collection option: You are welcome to collect your order for free from Johannesburg (by arrangement).
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parka is handed over to the courier.
Important Notes
•  Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed — delays can occur due to courier or Post Office issues.
•  We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
•  If your order contains embroidery, please double-check the spelling as embroidered items cannot be returned.
